We transferred from Naples train station to Positano stopping in Pompeii and then from Positano to Naples train station.
We made a number of changes to our schedule and they were extremely accommodating, they even reimbursed us for part of our trip because we decided to take a different route.
They were extremely punctual (even early) and helped carry our bags up and down the steps.
At the entrance they met us at the train station with a sign with our name, so there was no confusion in finding them.
They communicated very effectively and efficiently via email, text, phone call and while inside the car.
We 100% recommend using this service.
Raffaele picked us up from the Naples train station and took us to Pompeii for a few hours before heading to our final destination of Positano. He was very professional, gave us great insight into the areas and even made himself available after the trip was over for anything we needed. We had great conversations during our ride and couldn’t have asked for a better driver! I wrote to him about restaurant recommendations in Positano and he promptly provided several great options. I would like to book again!
We had 2 different drivers pick us up at 2 different ports while on a cruise ship. We communicated with Raffaele and she was always very responsive and helped us come up with 2 great trips based on the ports we were in. Both drivers were excellent. English was good and with Raffaele’s planning we were the first on Vesuvius and avoided all the crowds. We had a great lunch at a winery and will really enjoy our time with Izzotours and will definitely use again. Everything was right on time and much nicer to have an expert guide the Amafali coast. Coca-Cola also made reservations for us in Revello so we had a great view of the coast. We will definitely be back.
This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. My husband and I were picked up at our hotel for a private tour of Amalfi Coast. It was absolutely gorgeous and as pretty as the pics are, to see it in real life is breath taking. We were treated like a king and queen by Angelo and provided timing flexibility to stay at each of the 3 stops. In addition to learning all about the Amalfi Coast, we had some great conversations on Italy customs vs US. He also recommended an amazing restaurant in Ravello where we enjoyed a delicious lunch and provided some fabulous restaurants near our hotel in Sorrento. Angelo could not have been nicer or more accommodating. It was an amazing day!
